Zach Cooper (Dylan Minnette), moves to Madison, Deleware, where he meets a girl named Hannah (Odeya Rush) and her mysterious father "Mr. Shivers" (Jack Black). One night Zach, convinced Hannah, is in danger, sneaks into the house and discovers locked Goosebumps manuscripts. He unlocks one and unleashes a serious of events that put the entire town in danger.
